Do you only clean solar panels?

No — we clean any glass surface. That includes residential and commercial windows (interior and exterior), skylights, glass railings, sliding glass doors, mirrors, storefronts, and office facades. Our water-fed-pole system reaches up to the second story without ladders, and we have ladder access for higher work. Solar is where we started, glass is what we love.
What chemicals do you use on my panels and windows?

Zero. None. Just deionized water. Most cleaning products marketed for solar panels contain compounds that attack the anti-reflective glass coating — a 2026 Fraunhofer CSP study found 3 of 5 commercial cleaners caused permanent output loss. We skip the chemicals entirely. Our trucks carry multi-stage filtration that strips tap water down to under 5 PPM TDS, so it dries spot-free with nothing left behind.
How often should I clean my solar panels?

For most Bay Area homes, we recommend a professional cleaning every 6 months — once before summer peak production and again after fall pollen and wildfire season. Homes near construction, freeways, or under trees may benefit from quarterly visits.
Will cleaning void my panel warranty?

No — in fact, the opposite. Most major panel manufacturers require regular cleaning to maintain warranty coverage. We use only manufacturer-approved methods (deionized water and soft-bristle tools) so your warranty stays intact.
Do I need to be home during the service?

Not required — we just need water access (an outdoor spigot is enough) and clear roof access. We’ll text you a photo report when finished and leave the area cleaner than we found it.

Is the process safe for my roof?

Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for our building?

Yes — we provide a Certificate of Insurance same-day for every property we service. Our coverage includes general liability, commercial auto, and workers’ compensation. We’re also bonded. If your management company or building owner requires us to be listed as an additional insured, just let us know during the walkthrough.
Can you handle multi-story or high-rise buildings safely?

Our water-fed-pole system reaches the second story without ladders, which handles most low-rise commercial work. For taller buildings or skylight access, our crews are trained in fall protection and OSHA-compliant procedures, and we coordinate rope-access or lift equipment when needed. We’ll assess the access plan during your free walkthrough and quote accordingly.
What if it rains the day of my appointment?

We’ll reschedule at no charge. Cleaning panels in rain is unsafe and produces poor results — we’ll pick a clear day that works for you.
